What can I expect when I sign up?
Once you register, you’ll receive an email confirmation for the program including details on how to access The Little Black Dress Program. The program officially begins on Monday, January 29th with materials being released Thursday, January 25th.
The format of the program is one week will be released in the Members Portal every Thursday at 9am Central. This will allow you time to go grocery shopping, prep food, and set yourself up for a success week.
No, no shakes or supplements to buy, but I will recommend products that I use on a daily basis to help maximize your results! I will ONLY recommend products I use myself.
This plan isn't a one-size-fits-all deal. I'm not just handing you a workout or meal plan; I'm here as your dedicated partner in progress. We'll have regular check-ins and progress assessments to make sure you stay on track and stay motivated. Your goals mean more than checkboxes to me; celebrating every success, big or small, is a crucial part of our journey together.

Absolutely!! This is not a hardcore program where everyone has 6-pack abs and can run a marathon. We go through the basics of eating, mindset training, and all exercises can be modified or intensified based on your current fitness level.
